Cod and other types of white fish, like catfish and halibut, are a tasty alternative when tuna salad gets boring. Serve over greens or wrapped in lettuce leaves.

1. To cook the fish, drizzle with a few tablespoons of sesame oil and sprinkle with salt. Broil on high for five minutes on each side.

2. Flake the fish into pieces, then put in the refrigerator to chill while you make the dressing.

3. Mix together the sesame oil, mayo, and vinegar. Drizzle over fish then add sesame seeds and onions. Stir well to coat fish.
